"Jill epitomizes loving kindness. She is one of the most compassionate, empathetic, beautiful light workers I have ever met. No matter what direction you are heading in, Jill can help you get there. Jill is amazing people. A light worker, a guide, guru, an angel on Earth." -Melanie Z.

Soul Traverse began as a whisper in my heart after going through a divorce. Throughout my life, I have found nature to be extremely healing and empowering, and I have a passion for supporting people and seeing their greatness. The whisper got louder over several years until finally, I knew I had to birth it into this world.

Each retreat is unique. Each retreat calls to the exact people who need to show up. Each person who comes is a teacher to me in a beautiful symbiotic relationship, an ebb and flow of energy. I am honored to be a conduit and guide for the souls that show up in my life, and they in mine. Soul Traverse retreats are a journey of, and for, the soul.

"Jill's coaching is spot on, sincere and impactful. I have seen amazing results out of my participation in her challenges. Personally, I have taken bold actions and am working on new and exciting design projects. After taking her most recent challenge, my husband and I started a kitchen renovation that we had put off for years. I would suggest Jill's challenge for anyone looking for insight and for those who are wanting to make changes and transform their lives." -Marni W.

Bio:

The most important thing to know about me is that I am here because you’re here. You called me into being here in this moment. I have some thing to offer you, and you have something to offer me. This where our paths have guided us at this point. Many experiences that would not traditionally fit in a bio, have played a role.

I’ve spent weeks out in the back country, working and recreating. I have traveled around the contiguous United States and to Hawaii. I have experienced aspects of sexual and emotional trauma and the healing available when truly leaning in and dealing with it.

I’ve spent over six years in transformational leadership, personal growth and coaching work. I’ve been practicing yoga for 19 years and meditation for almost as many.

I sing and dance and write and take photographs and paddle board and hike and camp, all to lean into things that bring me joy and pleasure.

And I am a mother to two incredible boys who teach me more most days than anyone else. The most important thing to know about me though, is that I am here because you’re here. You called me into being here in this moment. I have some thing to offer you, and you have something to offer me.

And that, my friend, is what this life is all about.
