Blog

So, to begin with, I haven't been here in awhile. Lots of life has happened in the meantime. And in my heart, this blog, the craft of writing and writing about life as is has kept pulling at me. It's hard to ignore those natural inclinations we have. I'm not going to make false promises to myself or to you about how often I will be showing up here. What I know is that I must. For me. For those who get value from what I write. For the very act of creating. I must listen. The rest will take care of itself. The most important thing to know is that I am learning to follow my heart, my gut, my intuition... my bliss. After 41 years of trying all sorts of ways to live, mostly involving "doing it right", "looking good", doing the practical and what I "should" be doing, I've had enough. I plan on living until 115 and I don't want to spend any more of my time living in ways that don't light me up. So.... - I'm leading transformational women's retreats and navigating what I love about it. - I'm creating living in a converted van or bus and traveling around with my kids (some or all the time... yet to be determined!) - I'm evolving my divine feminine energy and power by learning her, trusting her, letting her run free and wild as she is meant to - I'm writing again, working on a podcast idea with a friend - I'm leaning into relationships that matter to me, dancing more, laughing when I want to and always growing into the conscious creator of my life that I am Thanks for joining me! I'm excited for the journey exactly as it is, in this moment.

The first year without my children on Thanksgiving.... and still, I can be grateful.

I love art markets and festivals. I love walking around looking at the unique expressions of oneself that people bravely put out into the world. It makes the world a more full, beautiful place.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been a regular blogger and much has changed in my life. Some of you may remember or have read my previous blog, Closer to Core (www.closertocore.blogspot.com) and many of you haven’t.
